It's all rather odd really. Today's theme of Mirror had me stumped for several reasons. Firstly the beaver that I had (unknowningly) relied on for photographs has tragically passed away, and secondly I wasn't sure that simply taking a photo of a mirror would work.
Not that I didn't try. I took a few photos of mirrors, all of which had me in them, and some even had beavers in them, but I had taken them prior to yesterday's tragedy and it seemed a little harsh, not to mention a tad spooky.
Desparing and sulking I put my camera down this morning on the kitchen work surface while I made a cup of tea. The cup of tea would undoubtably solve my problem and provide inspiration. I vaguely remember hearing the distinctive camera click that has plagued me over the last few weeks, but I thought nothing of it.
It was only a few minutes ago, as I was fumbling through the memory card's contents in the faint hope that I had missed that perfect mirror shot, that I came across the following apparition.
